STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is free on online orders over €50
(excluding bulky items - Furniture, BBQs, Charcoal*)

In the Greater Dublin area (Dublin city & county) we deliver using our own vans and staff. For small parcels the charge is €8.99. Medium sized parcels are €20. The Garden House use DPD to deliver items under 30kg anywhere else in Ireland. 

Normally you will receive your order within the next 5 to 10 working days. Please take note that The Garden House does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

On DPD deliveries of the order to the specified delivery address, you will digitally sign for the order but if we miss you, we'll leave a calling card so you can easily rearrange delivery.

Goods remain property of The Garden House until signed for.

BULKY ITEMS AND FURNITURE DELIVERY

The Garden House provides a premium delivery service for bulky items, including outdoor furniture and barbecues.

For deliveries within the Greater Dublin Area, your order will be delivered by our own experienced team using The Garden House vehicles. For deliveries throughout the rest of Ireland, we work with our trusted delivery partner, Homedel.

Delivery Charges

  • Greater Dublin Area: €50
  • Nationwide: €150

Our delivery service includes:

  • Delivery of your furniture or barbecue to your chosen location
  • Professional assembly of your items
  • Removal and recycling of all packaging, so your new purchase is ready to enjoy

We currently deliver to mainland Republic of Ireland only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver directly to offshore islands. However, we are happy to deliver your order to a designated mainland postal address, where onward transport can be arranged.

We offer a removal and disposal service for your old furniture or bbq for an additional €50. (this service is only available when purchasing furniture or barbecues)

Once an order is placed, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. 

CLICK & COLLECT

Here at The Garden House we offer a free click and collect service for your convenience. You can select the pickup option at the checkout screen and choose a pickup time and date that suits you.

  • Small Items (Nationwide): €8.99 per parcel.
  • Medium items up to 30kg or within dimensions €20
  • multiple purchases - we try to combine items into one parcel to minimise expense, but where there are multiple parcels the cost is €20/parcel
