The LetzQ Spit Holder allows you to make your own kebabs at home on your Big Green Egg. It can be fitted to your LetzQ Spit by unscrewing the handle and replacing it with the LetzQ Spit Holder. You can then cook your kebab on the spit, before removing it to stand vertically, ready to carve.
How does it work?
The LetzQ Spit Holder is designed to be used with the LetzQ Spit. You can unscrew the spit handle and then screw on this holder and use it while you are cooking.
The diameter of the holder is 25cm.
