This Red Cajun Seasoning was developed with inspiration from Louisiana and The Bayou and great for Cajun dishes such as blackened fish and gumbo. Use this seasoning to marinade meat, fish, and vegetables. Apply rub to a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking and allow to soak in, use some olive oil if required. Best cooked away from direct heat to avoid over charring.
